What: Stand the MOBI up on the floor and use the outer wing to apply pressure and "scrape" the triceps. If you find a tight area, pin it down and take your arm through a range of motion, bending at the elbow
Time: 30-60 seconds each arm
Tip: If the wing is too sharp, lay the MOBI flat on a box or elevated surface and apply pressure down on the bulb to mash the triceps
Benefit: Increased function of triceps, increased range of motion of elbow and shoulder, increased blood flow for recovery
