If, within 30 days of your original purchase date, you are not satisfied with any part of your order, please return it for a full refund or for an exchange. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by Train Out Pain Performance. In addition, cash refunds are not available. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method. To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, please include a copy of the original packing slip or purchase receipt. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

Train Out Pain Performance backs all of the products we manufacture for up to one year from the original date of purchase. This does not include or cover damage caused by transit, accident, normal wear and tear or lost merchandise. Product must be purchased through Train Out Pain Performance directly or from an authorized reseller. If, within one year of purchase you feel you may have received a defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange.
