Lateral Hamstring Pin & Stretch

What: Lying on back, engage hook into outside of hamstring behind IT band
1) Use the hook to dig into the hamstring and hold in place while straightening and bending the leg through a range of motion
2) Work your way from a couple of inches behind knee, all the way up to the hip

Time: 1-2 minutes on each leg, with 2-3 "bend and extends" in each spot along hamstring
